Christ Church Barkisland
Barkisland School has a very close relationship with its parish church, Christ Church Barkisland and our vicar, Rev'd Chris Ball.
Each term, we hold a end of term service in the church, parents and families are always welcome. The school also uses the church for its christmas productions - holding them in this venue hekps to cement the real meaning of Christmas and also helps to create a more magical feel.
The church produces a parish magazine every month, which is available from the Post Office in the village, or may be ordered on an annual basis from school.
For information about planning weddings or baptisms, please contact the vicar, Rev'd Chris Ball, on 01422 822239.
Tea-Time Church is held in school every Wednesday in term time, from 3.30 to 4.30pm. All primary aged children are welcome to join us for refreshments, songs, songs and craft activities. For more details contact Julie Raven, on 01422 823326.
